The few that manage to get our attention do so by a mix of circumstances, they are colourful, funny, impactful, they are displayed somewhere we usually wait, where we usually go. We don't always want to see them.

Engagement is not synonymous with direct purchase, subscription, or even action. It can be surprise, appreciation, curiosity… the best engagement is not always when someone buys your product, it's even better when they talk about it.
